Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
- Free plan users can upgrade or downgrade anytime
Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription
- No refunds for subscription renewals
Transaction Refunds:
- Product refunds handled between buyer and seller
- Platform fees non-refundable
- Disputes resolved within 14 days
