• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time
• Free plan users can upgrade or downgrade anytime

Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds:

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription
• No refunds for subscription renewals

Transaction Refunds:

• Product refunds handled between buyer and seller
• Platform fees non-refundable
• Disputes resolved within 14 days
